Director

As Director of Peagrams Estate Agents, Matthew brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the property industry. Having joined the family business in 2012, he has proudly followed in his father's footsteps, continuing the tradition of offering honest, knowledgeable, and personal service to clients across the region.

With deep roots in the local community and a passion for property, Matthew leads the Peagrams team with a focus on integrity, transparency, and results. From valuations and negotiations to strategic planning and business development, he is committed to ensuring every client receives a first-class experience.

Colin Dixon

Office Manager

Fellow of National Association of Estate Agents (F.N.A.E.A.)

Colin could write a book about estate agency! He started his career in 1983, joining one of the town's most established firms H Gordon Jessop. His wealth of local knowledge and experience is virtually unrivaled in Clacton and provides the backbone of Peagram's success. He grew up in Holland-on-Sea and now lives at nearby Thorpe le Soken.

As a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, he ensures all clients are provided with a high standard of professionalism while maintaining a friendly approach. "I have been selling homes in Clacton for over 40 years and ensure my local knowledge helps to achieve the best price for your home!"

Outside of work, Colin has a passion for most sports, especially cricket, and enjoys gardening and photography.

Amy Peagram

Sales Progressor

Amy has joined the team as a sales progressor, proudly following in the footsteps of her dad and grandad. Growing up around the business, Amy has a deep appreciation for the property world and the importance of trust, communication, and attention to detail.

Now, she is excited to play a hands-on role in helping clients through one of the biggest transactions of their lives—making sure everything runs smoothly from offer to completion. Carrying on the family legacy means a lot to Amy, and she is committed to upholding the high standards that have been built over generations.

Linda Hills

Office Administrator

Linda joined the team in June 2016 having worked locally for over 35 years in the Banking and Education sector. Her focus is on excellent customer service, always going the extra mile to ensure clients return to us in the future. Linda has been Treasurer of Clacton Carnival Association for the last 10 years and enjoys helping local charities raise money for their projects.
